- Navigate to Automation on the menu...
- Under WhatsApp Marketing...
- Go to Settings...
- You will find the Webhook that allows Serlzo Chatbot & Autoreply to work when connected...
- Finally, click on the Reconnect button - even if it's showing connected...
- When connected, you would get a successful message pop up like this.
